K/Ape – K is a multi-disciplinary artist with extensive experience in the fields of zoology and animal care, analog and digital visual arts (painting, illustration, photography, cinema, and more), mechanical engineering (mechatronics, prototyping, additive and subtractive manufacturing), medical care and design (tattooing scar-coverups, prosthetic design and development, biophillic design, medical-environmental design), artisan crafts (wood, leather, and metal work, silicone and resin casting, sculpting, welding, smithing), and just loves making things in general. You’ll often see some inspirations from nature in their work, whether it’s the influence of natural biomes designed into commercial spaces, the biomechanics of animals in their medical design work, or the many original characters created with unique animal traits in mind.

L/Astroneedleworks – L is a fiber artist whose work is rooted in the cozy and comforting traditions of crochet, knitting, and sewing. With a distinctive cutesy style, their pieces evoke a sense of warmth and nostalgia, creating art that feels as soft and inviting as the yarns they use.
L’s journey into the fiber arts began at the age of 10 when their mother first introduced them to the world of crochet. This early bond with the craft sparked a lifelong passion for creating with their hands. Today, L’s creations are not only a reflection of this early influence but also a celebration of the joy that comes with making something both beautiful and functional.

An Yin/crucifx0n.me – Hi! I’m An Yin (he/she/they), an illustrator and tattoo artist at Ape & Frog! My specialty lies in bold blackwork tattoos that blend together anime influences, creepy-cute aesthetic, ornamental gothic elements, and a handful of horror game inspiration. If you are into dark and unconventional art, I’m your artist! A lot of my designs are also available as art prints, stickers, buttons, and upcycled clothing. Sarah/shamshels.ink – Hello!! My name is Sarah (she/her); I’m a beginner level tattoo artist from Brazil, now living in Toronto, and I’m in charge of making the silliest flash in the studio! Tattooing is my passion and doodling cutesy and silly characters is my favourite thing ever! On the side I also do Illustrations, stickers, and clay art which can also be found for sale at the studio.
Though I love tattooing my flash work I’m also more than happy to take in customs and design your own ideas in my style! ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
Lucifer/divine.arts._ – Hello, my name is Lucifer Grey, and I am a Tattoo Artist and Piercer at Ape & Frog. My main style is black and grey work, but I also have a big interest in blackwork and bio-organic tattoos. I love to draw and tattoo bones and creepy things! Some of my favourite things to draw are skulls. I also really enjoy doing detailed graphite and ink work. I have recently established a jewelry, art and clothing upcycling brand called Imperium Overture with my partner; you can find our products at Ape & Frog!
